ROCK 2 - Anchoring
Rock 2 (ANCHORING):
This class revisits
the skills and practices covered in Rock 1 and adds anchoring techniques and
gear placement. Ever wonder what all those crazy acronyms like D.R.A.P.E.S. and
S.E.R.E.N.E. mean? The second half of the day is dedicated to practicing your
new anchoring skills and putting these techniques to use.

Climbing Equipment:
All climbing
equipment needed is provided. However, if you
are already a rock climber, you will probably want to use your own gear which is
fine once one of our instructors have inspected it.
The Safety of All:

number one concern. All our staff are CPR and First Aid Certified and trained to
handle incidents that may arise.
